My pronouns are she and her. I am currently living in the city of Winnipeg, located on Treaty 1 Territory.

As a bilingual Social Worker, I am thrilled to provide counselling in both English and French. I enjoy working alongside adults that experience anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, negative thinking, academic issues, life transitions, and career changes. My counselling services aim to bring a different perspective and reframe the difficulties you are experiencing by focusing on client-centred strategies. I use Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and strength-based approaches to create a warm and non-judgemental environment where we can create positive changes.

Above all, it is important to me that I create a safe space for people to disclose and be their authentic self by listening, empower and providing you with practical strategies and using your own strength to help build your skills. Everyone deserves to be listened to without judgement, to be respected and to be given unconditional support. Human connection has a big impact on our healing and growth and that connect can start here.
